  • Terrible customer service in this place. As a person that works in high end luxury retail I am not mad I am embarrassed that this company will hire people like this. The lady that helped me was not mean nor angry she was just very incompetent. Is a shame that a company like Nordstrom will hire somebody with no computer skills or a person that can't deal with the high volume of sales . I hope I am wrong and this was just maybe her first day which I doubt. Anyhow I wouldn't recommend this place for nobody to shop. I went in for two pairs of jeans which I found and left mad with no jeans just a headache.
