Update:
After the thrashing they received on here from me, they called and offered to pay for the i-phone charger "if it helped". I took them the receipt for a new charger that I bought and they paid it in full. This should have been handled differently and more professionally. I am not mad that my charger was missing, I was upset of the way Sun Auto handled the situation and expected me to just go away. Customer service should not be a thing of the past.
