  • Any four or five star reviews are most likely fake. You can tell by the way they write the review talking about the amenities and actually meaning specific gym names or equipment. It is loud with kids all over the pool all the time which wasn't this way when it was Broadstone. People that don't live here parked across the street and then walk over and their friends let them come in and use the facilities whatever they want. What's the point of paying to bring him with all you have our Airbnb renters and people using the facilities that you got live here? I wish I could get this negative stars. Do not move here. It is a waste of money. Yes it looks nice when you walk through it and look at the property but it is extremely expensive for the size of the square footage, they do not fix anything, they have way too many rules yet the office staff is completely lazy. I moved out and cleaned the place up and down and yet Management tried to claim it was filthy. And Despite being told something else by their own staff they they are trying to claim damages and fees. Absolutely ridiculous. This used to be Broadstone Lincoln and had much better Management. The new management does nothing. Save your money and rent elsewhere even if it doesn't look as nice at first. Ashley Rebal, Tiffany Goodman, and Annabelle Gonzalez should all be fired.
