I go here for strengthening my legs. My therapy is complicated by arthritis in my feet and knees which makes standing exercises painful, especially the ones where you must put most of your weight on a leg with a bad knee. I need some sitting exercises but these were few and far in between. Andt if you are not standing then all they have to offer is exercises laying down on back or side. Not too helpful. I went there from April to July and made moderate improvement because of my arthritis(not their fault) but if I had not had very serious arthritis flare up I might still be there. I have had PT elsewhere since July and I spent more 1 on 1 time with the therapist, instead of an assistant/technician and I have made more progress there. But Foothills is structured around the Therapist - Assistant/Technician model not uncommon.
