  • I ordered my item on the 21st under Prime shipment. The package has been in Arizona since March 21 sent from Goodyear to two different locations in Tempe. On March 22nd my package was sent to 8 different locations in Phoenix. One March 23rd the day it should of been deliver by UPS to my house it was instead delivered to the United States Postal Service, Why?. I am currently still waiting on my package that was suppose to arrive by 8 today but was changed at the last minute and updated to supposedly be delivered tomorrow. This package came from the fulfillment center in the same state I reside in and has passed my location several times as it has been shuffled to different places but where it should of been delivered. I have used Prime for a long time and this has been my worst experience. Horrible service! Very disappointed.
