  • It's a huge CVS with a large amount of items. The place is on a busy street with lots of traffic. The lady working at the register was very nice. The problem was the store was crowded and she was working alone. I had to wait in line almost 10 minutes. She called the store manager for backup but he didn't come to help her until she was bagging up my stuff. He claimed oh I didn't hear you but that was bs. I felt bad for the lady because she was trying her hardest.
