  • I was so excited when I went to this shop! My daughter took me because she wanted me to make sure that I had a wonderful wedding dress. When we went there 3 months ago we were greeted by a very very sweet girl named Morgan and she ask me questions she asked me to go around and pick out three dresses so that's what me and my daughter did and she just was so helpful. My daughter also wanted to get her dress there because she's my maid of honor so she was looking and she found the dress she wanted but then also wanted to make sure since it was the 2nd place we went. So we had to shop around a little bit more. But Kayla my daughter didn't like anything else! When we came back 3 weeks later to have her try the dress on again this girl Michelle brought the wrong dress up and my daughter Kayla said oh I'm sorry that's not the dress! And this girl Michelle got an attitude with my daughter right in front of me and said no this is the one that you liked the last time! And my daughter was very nice and she said here let me show you which one it is. We also wrote it down which one it was. So then when Kayla found it Michelle said well that's not going to work because we can't get that in because it's Chinese New Year and the designer doesn't work for like a month or so so it will not be in in time for the wedding!!! This girl Michelle was so rude and jealous of my daughter because my daughter is a sweetheart and she denied my daughter getting that dress that she wanted!! The next day my daughter and my sister went to David's Bridal guess what, the dress was there and they ordered it and we got it on February 16th!! So tell me something, how is that professional for an employee to be rude to a customer? But that's alright because I'm a concierge in town and I will make sure that when somebody comes to town I will not recommend this place because of Michelle. Or I will tell them to ONLY ask for Morgan and to call to ask for her! The only thing is that I feel bad because Morgan is the best sales person in this store she is the most caring she pays attention to people, I heard her helping other women with dresses and people there and everybody just loves her!!! Morgan also never told me that I shouldn't have bought this dress if I wanted to buy a spank to wear with it! I also had a person tell me that when I came to try my dress on on the different times and her name was Patty. It's not because I didn't look good in it it's because she thought she had to say that and be rude. Believe me if I didn't feel good in it I wouldn't have bought it and my family would have told me if it didn't look good or amazing on me. My daughter said it's ok don't say anything but I could not get over how these 2 employees acted!! I give Morgan a 5 star only!!!!
