Overall I like Starbucks. But on many occasions I've not been able to get my cappuccino made properly. I'm specific about requesting it "dry" always adding "more foam and very little milk", after all it's a cappuccino not a latte. The guy at the counter was nice & pleasant, the guy making the drinks was distracted by someone who I assume was his friend. I got my capp at it was so much milk I just couldn't drink it. The 'cashier' remade it for me and it still had a lot more milk than I'm used to, but it was better. Also, they were out of all but one of their baked goods (maybe because it was a Sunday late afternoon). What Starbucks really needs to work on is consistency. If you're going to have a chain, make sure everyone is trained to make your product the same way.
