| - Yet another sh*tty experience with service at a strip restaurant...to begin with there was some sort of bicycle gang/show going on right in front of the entrance to the place, I had to squeeze up against one of these gangsta wannabes just to get in ...the hostess didn't seem to give a sh*t that these guys were basically blocking everything and sending the message all patrons go away, well it was my buddy's bday and he wanted to go to this place so get the f*ck out of our way. So we get seated and start looking over the menu, some interesting burger choices, a la carte like the standard hipster "gourmet" burger joints...our waiter comes over and we order a water and coke...we get them about 10 minutes later and we put in our app order...my friend has an allergy to dairy and we were quite clear about that...so we start with the quac and chips...so while waiting for that my buddy tastes his coke and it is ultra weak, our waiter had dissapeared so we grab another waitress and tell her, she takes the soda and puts in on another table then asks what else he would like, he tells her Mr Pibb, so she then just goes off and works at other tables, meanwhile our waiter still AWOL...when he does come back we see the waitress tell him that the drink sucks and he then dissapears again for about 5 minutes with the Mr. Pibb (why the hell didn't she get us the replacement drink)...in the meantime we get our guac and guess what there is cojita cheese on top, this wasn't listed on the menu that way and of course we told the waiter no dairy ! WTF is wrong with these places, I wonder how many people die each year due to allergic reactions at restaurants i bet it would be surprising...and moreover why does guac need cheese? So the guy who brought it out went straight back and got us a replacement, not our waiter a runner, so after another 10 minutes the waiter comes back and asks what we want to order for dinner, not saying anything about the mistakes, etc...so we order a couple of burgers...as he was going back the older couple near us flagged him down and said "are we gonna have to wait as long as them to order" lol He said "of course not" then he disappeared...we then waited about 15 minutes for the food to come out...place was about a quarter full...anyways the burgers were at least what we had ordered but wow very average and nothing gourmet about them, my burger was over cooked but again I was starving at this point so said f*ck it....meanwhile I notice the older couple near us still hasn't been able to order...geez...so we eat our burgers and the waiter doesn't return/ask how everything is until we are done then comes with the check...bottom line this place sucks, is way overpriced and the service is god awful ! Stay away...
