  • My husband and I own Greentree Chiropractic & Rehab. From time to time, we refer patients of ours to this facility when they are experiencing acute low back pain. We referred a patient of ours today with sciatica due to probable disc bulge or herniation. The attending physician, Dr. Conover, did not prescribe him an anti-inflammatory or an oral steroid & prescribed the patient exercises which consisted of bending over & touching his tows, which is contraindicated with disc injuries and causes exacerbation of the condition. But what Dr. Conover did do is "make a joke about Chiropractic" to our patient and then told him to go see a Physical Therapist - NOT his Chiropractor. My patient was so offended by his unprofessional behavior that he stopped by at our office & was disgusted. We have referred MANY of our patients to this Med Express because it is convenient for our patients - I can ASSURE YOU - this will be the last patient we EVER refer to this facility & I will tell EVERY patient of ours how he was treated.
