rev:text	I would have given 4 stars but the agent that helped me over the phone and in person (same person) needs help with her customer service skills. After reading all of the reviews on Yelp I wasn't sure what to expect. We reserved a 2 br for 1 night to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. Check-in to my surprise was not till 4pm but I was told by front desk that I could call around noon the day of to try and get an early check-in. I called the day of and both times I called there was nothing available. By the 3rd time (I got the same person on the phone all 3x) I think the agent got annoyed and told me that I could come in, preregister and they'd call me if something came available. Drove there to preregister, the front desk agent was really rude(same person on the phone), no smile and kept cutting me off while I was speaking. My 10 yo even made a comment to my husband about how rude she was when we got back to the car. She couldn't have been more than 20. Over an hour passed and I never got a call so my husband decided to drive back and ask in person instead of waiting. He was helped by another agent who was very friendly and accommodating. She got us into a room as soon as we got there. The room was huge! Lots of space to hold a small bday party. Very clean. The fridge in the smaller room was not working but the larger room had a full size fridge which we utilized. The fire alarm was chirping, we notified an employee who happened to be in the hallway and he had someone come up to change the battery in less than 1/2 an hour. Both pools were great, they provide towels. The kids had so much fun in the lazy river and playing on the sand at the main pool. My only gripe other than the RUDE front desk agent is the check-in and check-out times. C/I is at 4pm and C/O is at 10am. They didn't have late c/o available so we basically had 4 hours of sleep, ate breakfast, packed all our crap and checked out. They did give us a pool key so that we could stay and enjoy the pool after c/o. The kids were very happy about that. I will definitely be back, hopefully helped by a friendlier agent when I do.
