I purchased a Englander Gel Foam Hybrid mattress and box spring set for almost 1,000. The mattress seemed super comfortable in the store and the salesman also recommended it. During the sales process he explained the warranty information and stated the mattress has a 25 year warranty against defects. I took the mattress home and a couple of months later it started to fall apart. The foam on the side is separating from the foam in the middle. It's extremely uncomfortable as one side of the bed provides zero support. I called to file a warranty claim, they asked me to send pictures which i did. They said they would get back with me. Months after not hearing from them I contacted them again. They asked for the same information i had already provided. They then told me a rep from the manufacturer wanted to come to my house to inspect the mattress. I thought that was a little odd but agreed. They went completely radio silent...so I decided to go up there. The salesman asked if there were any stains on the mattress and in order to take the mattress back it needed to be completely stain free. When I purchased the mattress with a 25 year warranty I didn't expect to have any problems months after the purchase so I didn't purchase a mattress cover. They never disclosed the mattress needed to be in pristine condition in order to make a warranty claim. These people are deceptive and have poor business practices. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. My advice to you is STAY AWAY
