  • TRIED TO SCAM ME - CAUSED DAMAGE TO CAR ON PURPOSE I come here all the time with my parents and my '04 Ford. I go for the cheap oil change. Every time we go they tell me they found something serious wrong with my car. This time as we were checking out from the $10 oil change the guy behind the desk says "did you know your car is over heating". I'm like you have got to be kidding me!?!?!? Is this a joke? Then they wanted $80 for a "diagnosis". My car was fine all week and on the drive to the garage. Now it's overheating? On the drive home the car was running a little hot but not really overheating. When we got home I opened the hood and the radiator water is bubbling. I'm like WTF is going on? Get this... the wire to the radiator cooling fan was cut! Not damaged, not worn, not kinked but CUT WITH WIRE CUTTERS. It was a perfect snip and you could see the crimp on the wire rubber insulation. This jip joint cut the wire on purpose to kill power to the fan to make the car over heat. My parents were going to file a complaint with DMV licensing but didn't since we really can't prove 100% they did it. $10 oil change = $500 mysterious problem.
