As far as the service call I had yesterday (Oct 10) I have to give a good review of this company. When the home warranty company told me the name of the company that would be calling me I got on Yelp to check out their reviews. I have to say I was a bit worried after reading such a mix of reviews.
Anyway, I got a call from Trade Masters within 30 minutes (pretty sure it was more like 20 minutes) of talking to the home warranty rep. This was first thing in the morning and they told me they could have someone over between 12-3. I got a call shortly after 12 from Vince who told me he would be here in about an hour to hour and a half but he arrived in less than an hour. When I told him what was going on it seemed he had a pretty good idea what the problem was and he was already spinning the fan blade and noticed that it wasn't turning as freely as it should be. He grabbed his bag and did a few few tests with his meter and said it was the fan motor. He had the part in his fan and promptly replaced it. A/C has been working great for 24 hours now. Vince made it seem like a simple repair. He was friendly and knowledgeable when I asked him questions about my system.
