We had an engineered hardwood floor installed. We expected an A+ job but instead got a B- job. Their crew no better than or worse than the crew that installed a laminate floor for us several years ago.
They arrived around 10 everyday and worked until 3. At the end of the first day they left the furniture on one side of the living room with no place for us to sit for the evening. I had to move the furniture myself and I'm a 72 year old woman.
They were not very skilled in cuts that were not simple. They left gaps between the wood and baseboard radiators. I asked them to caulk in the gaps and the lead worker said to get my friends at FrienzaStone to do it. we had new granite counter tops installed by FrienzaStone a week earlier.
Perhaps worst of all, I had to listen to their political views. Their sexist language was uncalled for. I asked them to level the stove when they moved it back into place and the retort was "you don't want your cakes to be lopsided." On another occasion, I was assembling a table and one of them said "you a big project do you."
We wish we had had FrienzaStone do the whole project because they do an A+ job.
