Update:
Went in to the service department for a safety recall today. They "Fixed" my car although when I got home I couldn't open the drivers side door from the inside. I originally thought it was a fluke. I drove for a baby cpr class and I couldn't get out. My wife had to open the door from the outside of the car. The door then wouldn't close. The service line manager suggested I tie the door closed and drive 20 miles with an 8 month pregnant wife to drop off the car and pay for them to fix the door. The car door has had no issues and was fine for the 4 years I've owned it. Only reason I took it in to be fixed which was totally unrelated to the doir was a recent safety recall. They want me to pay for a tow and to fix the car that was fine before they did the safety recall. To quote the line manager the fact that my door is broken right after they serviced it is a "fluke". That is an insult to my intelligence.
I am shocked at the way the phone call was handled with my 8 month pregnant wife. Is there any class at this dealership? I won't be stepping foot into this dealership due to the way they handled us as customers. I hope no one else does either as I am starting to doubt if they actually fix or check my car.
Original: Always fun to read reviews as I came in for routine maintenance and the reviews are right on track. The work they did was great, reasonable price, and they are very courteous during the whole process. Apparently buying a car isn't much fun, but to be honest it rarely is in my experience.
