  • I've been here 4-5 times in the past few months, and have had a good experience. I usually get a gel mani and occasionally a pedi. In the past I've always been happy with the staff and the way my nails turned out. I also like that the salon usually opens a bit earlier than other places in my area; I've noticed they tend to get pretty busy at late morning/early afternoon on the weekends. Yesterday was a different story. Hardly anyone in the store, and I still felt rushed out the door. Very aggressive when filing off my old gel (ouch!!), inconsistent nail shaping (some nails were squared, others oval), the polish color would have benefitted from another coat. The nail tech insisted the massage chair needed to be turned off (never been asked for that in the past). When the woman finished with the pedi, she immediately asked if I was ready to go. I asked if I could let the nails dry for awhile first. She said "ok 5 minutes" and then walked off. I waited five minutes, got up, paid and left. I tried to be careful getting out of the chair and putting my shoes on (no one offered to help me), but noticed my toenails were completely smudged by the time I got home. I'm undecided on whether I will be going back. As I mentioned, I've had good experiences before, but with so many other salons in the area, I may be trying out someplace new.
