| - This review is for the Service Dept and not Sales. The short story is these guys are responsible for the death of my 95 626! My girl was old no doubt, but she ran good, burned little oil and didn't smoke. I took her in for a check-up. Mazda sent me a coupon for a full circle check up. Mazda has signs in the waiting area that describes their Values, commitment to Quality, Pride, and Knowledge. Where were these qualities when my car was being inspected? I guess this is what happens when Quality is implemented by Finance or a technician.
The guys who check you and the cashiers were polite and friendly. I'm upset because after the inspection the technician had a laundry list of repairs, engine mounts, transmission seals, and rack mounts, etc, he missed the basics. The belts would squeal when the car is initially started, but that didn't make the list. I brought that to his attention and went on to get it fixed. Later that week the lower coolant hose burst while on I85 and that was the last ride I took with my girl.
