rev:text	My first time flying allegiant and I was not impressed, in fact I was scared. I checked in early because I know how crazy these smaller airlines are, they like to jip you for more money if you check in any later then 2 hours. I paid for a $20 baggage fee online when I bought my ticket, otherwise paying for it at the airport I would have been charged $35-$50. When you buy a ticket online you can pick your seat for an extra fee, I chose to let them randomly pick it for me, I dont care where I sit just as long as I have a seat. And from what I experienced, people will pay for the seats in the front of the plane because the back of the plane was pretty empty and that is where they put me. When I arrived at the airport I went to go and check my bag in, to my surprise the baggage weight limit is 40lbs not 50lbs like all other airlines......geeeeez!!!! Its okay, I only was 4 lbs over, took 2lbs out and the lady let me by. But the lady at the counter was not a very nice person. She was not happy to be working and she made me feel very uncomfortable. While waiting to board, the gentleman at the counter announced the pilot had asked for a third check on the plane from the crew, just to make sure it was safe.....ummm..please dont tell me that!!! That scared me...big time!!! The plane was not fancy, a little dingy and the flight attendants didn't seem like they wanted to be there either. I guess you get what you pay for...ticket was cheap, $80 one way from las vegas to sacramento.......I do not think I will fly this airline again unless I cant find a good deal on another airline.
