  • Horrible experience! The staff was unwelcoming and rude from the beginning. The nail technician was removing my gel nail polish with a file, which is not standard protocol. When I asked him not to file the polish off and instead soak them I acetone, he said "that takes too long" and continued to file my nail down to nothing. He completely ruined my natural nail bed. When I brought this up to the manager her response was " you don't know what you are talking about, I was right there, u saw". Bottom line, they are very rude and do not know the proper way to do a manicure and treat people. Save your nails and go down the street!
