  • My phone fell off the arm of a chair and the front screen smashed. I've done some tinkering with our phones before but after watching the You Tube video on how to do this I was a bit overwhelmed. I was not overly excited about the prospect of making an appointment at the "local" Apple store, either, which is about 35 minutes away. Mike showed up at my front door a few hours after I first called him and I was good to go within 20 minutes. He was professional and competent while he fixed my phone with an audience of my entire family and babysitter. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use him again should the need arise!
