  • Gemma was very professional and did a good job. My only complaint is that she put the hard sell on for other services, charged me to have a touch up 3 weeks later (which I did not know about when I bought the groupon), and then asked me how I wanted to handle the tip when I was checking out. The eyeliner application was very thin so if you want it thicker, wider at the corners or whatever, make sure you mention it. I have no complaints about the work area or how she did her job, except that she had me complete forms after the fact when I could barely see.
