  • If i could give no star I would most definitely give no stars ... This is our last stay at stratosphere hotel .... Every year for 2 straight years I have had problems with this hotel .... I usually do my review after my visit but I'm so disgusted by this place I have to do a review now .... First night ... Go to brush my teeth and the sink gets clogged . Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work .... Air conditioner goes in and out ... Bathroom is dirty .... And then I called athe house keeping to get the room cleaned at 12pm came back that night at 11pm room still dirty .... Spoke with someone in housekeeping who said a manager would call us back . Then valet at night is horrible .... I waited x15 minutes for someone to park my vehicle . There was a worker that had the worst attitude ( I think his name was romal) the air conditioning vent was so dirty my kids kept sneezing . The bathroom was dirty with dust everywhere.....I will definitely not come back to this establishment anymore . This is my 3rd year staying here and for 2 years back to back there has been so many issues .... I'll just find another hotel for my kids and I on our family vacation .....
