  • Will, while I appreciate your response (except you didn't give me a way to private message you), it makes me wonder why this offer wasn't made when I was struggling to make arrangements for our last visit. I called the Yard 3-4 times last week, and the only response I received was "sorry, there's nothing we can do." Why didn't anyone offer to connect me to the special events manager? Did the staff not know this was an option?
