  • I had a facial by Claudia, who was skilled and knowledgable and incredibly nice. She walked me through the procedure and all of the products, after she checked with me if I wanted to know or just to relax. I usually want to know and am not very good at relaxing, but she managed to make the experience relaxing anyways. It is a lovely boutique, small and cosy and it had a wonderful atmosphere. I live in Miami and I found it a bit cold, but maybe it is just my thinned out blood. I know other reviewers complained about the up-selling of products, but I did not mind the advise in cosmetics and I am happy with the recommendations. Of course the jury is out if they will produce the results I was promised. Regardless, I like taking home a customized care regime for my skin.
