  • Everything started out well enough. Very nice sales staff but the pricing is murky at best. I put together a 4 piece appliance package (~$2,500) with Thomas and returned the very next day to followup. A different salesman, Kevin, told met the refrigerator was now $200 more because a sale had "expired". At no point was this mentioned when things were originally being priced out, nor when I stated I'd be back the next day. They wouldn't honor the price difference so I went to the Scottsdale Road location, which was a fantastic experience. Just go to that one and ask for Keith or Don.
