This mall turned office park should be torn down. Everything about it is run down and dreary. The office spaces are in the converted spaces that used to house stores. Things are constantly broken and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the temperature control. In the same day you can be so cold you need a blanket and so warm you have a desk fan blowing. The parking garage is over priced, confusing and literally falling apart.
The main "mall" corridor area often leaks, especially during a heavy rain. There used to be some "green" space with trees and benches, but that has all been town up. They are "improving" and "updating" the plaza. Who knows what it will look like in the future, but for the time being, it is a big, dusty mess with some of the doors closed. Most of the spaces are vacant. The space that isn't is mostly made up of server facilities.
The only positive is that the Eco Bistro and Cool Beans are located in the building. The neighborhood can be quite interesting so sometimes it is nice to have lunch options without having to leave the building.
