  • I'd never been there when it was Blue Snapper, Voodoo Lounge, or any of the other 203856029387 things this place has been. I went there tonight with a party of ten for a friend's birthday. I don't know that I've had such slow service. Ever. I was finishing my second beer (the banana bread beer was amaaaazing!) before she finally got our food order (after we had to ask). I witnessed her yell at another table from about 8 feet away instead of approaching their table. She did similar things with our table as well, yelling to the opposite end to get their order instead of walking around. I ordered the Aloha burger. It's similar to the Bonzai burger at Red Robin but not nearly as yummy. The food also took a ridiculous amount of time to get. The patio did look very nice but it was supposed to be a rainy night so we stayed inside. I'm kicking myself for failing to realize they threw on gratuity and I tipped her 15% on top of that for the shitty service so she made out with nearly a 35% tip. Ugh. Totally not deserving! I'll go back again and hopefully I have better service. They could easily receive another star at that point...
