  • I have been a client of Hand and Stone since October 2013 and have been being duly impressed by their services, staff and price point. I initially went in because I saw their ad on the building and they were new to the neighbourhood. I was desperate for help with my plantar fasciitis and was hopeful that someone there maybe knew a little about feet. I was very lucky to meet the owner Susan who is very gracious and kind. We decided that Patricia would be the best therapist for me. Patricia has been my godsend and has given me a new lease on life and my feet. She had to work up to it slowly as I am not a great patient but now she has me trained very well and I am getting the most of my massages. I go regularly and often because I feel the benefits from being there and miss how I feel if I go too long without a massage. I also bring my daughter regularly who loves Rosyln as a massage therapist. Alicia is also great out front and very prompt with service for booking appointments and settling up your bill. They have a great membership program which brings the price down per massage and if you pay in advance you get an extra massage free. They have these small add ons you can do which only slightly indulgent like the special scalp massage and foot massage..... worth the extra few dollars. They are offered when you arrive for your massage and usually add around 10minutes to your massage. I purchased their services as gifts for friends at Christmas and I am only hearing good things. Lastly they have great hours and are open very late.
