  • Because we own through the Marriott, this felt like a downgrade. Got food poisoning from room service and the front desk person was rude since I was trying to ask for a wake up call for an early checkout since there were so many threats in the rules and regulations if there should be a late checkout. I guess for people who have not experienced other timshares, they would love this one, but for us, we will never exchange to stay here again.
