  • I went to the Lotions and Potions at Metro Parkway off I17. Let's just say I walked out not buying a thing, I spent about 10 minutes looking and picking out oils. The women working there did not smile, and was giving me dirty looks, her rude and uncaring attitude turned me off. She was also impatient with me as I was taking my time to pick oils, very dissapointed, who ever was working today at this location around 2:30, is not a good person to represent this store, she does not have customer service skills. Will be going to Tempe Mills Ave location tommorrow, hopefully they know how to treat cutomers.
