  • Pay $60/month for "12Mbps", i'm lucky to get 5. Absolutely terrible. They keep dangling a fiber option in front of me without it ever being available. Customer service when something goes wrong is just the worst, too. Unfortunately, much of downtown cleveland is stuck with these guys.
