  • Yesterday my wife talked to Anastasia about a car they had for sale. We made an appointment to see it today at 10:30. When I arrived, I was told Anastasia was "tied up for at least an hour" and had to work with someone else. We were then told the car we came to see had already sold. It would have been nice to have known before we drove there. The worst part by far, while looking at other cars at their computer kiosk, another sales man came up to a young lady who also worked there and started yelling at her "Why do you need to act like I work for you!? Why are you acting like my boss!?" He had no problem embarasing her in front of me and other customers. All the other employees just ignored it. It created sure an awkward environment that we will not be going back and will not be buying from this place!
