  • One Mans opinion. I understand that most people do not post reviews when they are happy. They do it when they are dissatisfied. I am in sales and get upset that people report the bad but not the good. I'm sure its therapeutic o vent and I held of writing this review till I was no longer upset. It looks like people have had good experiences at surprise ford, I am just not one of them. We dealt with the salesman who was nice, not incredibly motivated but I think he was a nice person. It took a long time to get the numbers. We kept getting updates that he was "working on the numbers". However after talking to other dealerships they seemed to get numbers right away and I feel Surprise ford was doing the typical " frustrate them till they sign". We finally got the numbers and it covered the extended warranty. We then met with the finance guy and he proceeded to tell us the warranty we discussed with the salesman wasn't great and we should go with one that was 130 dollars more. We kept declining and he kept dropping the price which made us even more upset. We had signed half the paperwork and they told us they would try and find a better interest rate. We waited to see and they didn't call for 2 days. They would have had a done deal if they were a little more transparent because we were in the market to buy our lease. Being in sales I don't know everything but when I lose a deal I typically like to thank for them for letting me try. Plus if I knew my customer was upset id apologize on behalf of the company. This sales person must be doing well because he didn't seem to care if he sold us a car or not. We didn't hear a thing from him after we left frustrated. Your experience there could be much better than mine. I'm just one person who felt they were playing games and out to take advantage of a person who doesn't know the ins and outs of selling cars. Feel free to at least check it out and see what happens but always be sure to check out other dealers.
