  • This place is pretty nice inventory wise but, has the worst customer service ever. I have been in the market for a new Moto Guzzi and went down to make a deal. Upon entering the store it was not busy at all and several sales staff were standing around. I spent 30 minutes walking around and looking at various models and was not approached for help one time. Having been a customer of Cycle Moto/Arizona Superbike and purchased a few bikes there, I can tell you that was a place that knew how to treat customers before being taken over by Ride Now. This is the second time I have been ignored here and the last. I will be taking my business to San Diego to buy my Moto Guzzi since I've dealt with them before. How about hiring some people that are enthusiastic about their jobs.
