  • Scratch is a friendly little space with a few mismatched comfy chairs and low coffee tables, but also a communal table and a couple of stools by the window if you fancy watching the traffic go by. A cute little selection of tshirts, crafty bits and pieces and art adorn the walls and spare counter-space, lending to a homier and comfy feeling. The coffee, which is why I drop in every so often, is damn fine. No hint of a burnt flavour, a nice 2-shot zing and a friendly barista whipping it up. I've had soy lattes (my drug of choice) each time, both hot & iced, delicious every time. They use Natura rather than Silk soy milk, and I do find that it it's a refreshing change and tastes just fine steamed up. Well worth popping in or grabbing one to go!
