  • I have COPD and am in critical stages of emphysema. I use a nebulizer to help me keep breathing. I have been out of my Duo Neb for days. I have called the company and they said the doctor didn't send new script. So I called my doctor and he said he faxed it over to them the next morning after I called. They said they didn't get it so I called doctor again. They called me and said he called the pharmacy directly and gave them the script and I still haven't heard anything. I'm looking at having to go to the ER. Find a new company. I am going to be looking myself. The girl I talked to from MSC was very rude and offered no solution to the problem.
