  • This hub is HUGE ! Had received a notice the FedEx tried to delver a package when I was not home and that if I called the number on the slip I could make arrangements. I chose to go pick up a package. I called the phone number on the slip and thought it was going to take forever and I would be stuck with a person who was "stupid" on the other end of the phone - OH I WAS SO WRONG! After two rings they picked up, I gave her the reference number, within seconds she told me the package was at their location and I could pick it up between 9 am and 9 pm - great hours for the regular nine to fiver..... I drove to the location the next day, no line, showed the slip and my ID, she went in the back, grabbed the package which took less then a minute and I was out of there ! What a great place and top notch customer service ! BTW the package was my replacement charger for the blackberry playbook - see review re: RIM - not such a good review for RIM.
