  • Absolute delivery nightmare. Three pieces of furniture. Every one delivered damaged. 24 hours of cumulative wait time over 6 attempts to get us leather sofa and chairs not damaged. Manager Shane. Khubchandi points fingers at the delivery people. We did not hire them. Mor chose what companies they trust to deliver their furniture. Manager Shane told us we could track our shipment so we would not have to sit home this time. We tracked our stop #4 delivery. They delivered out of order. 1,2,3,8, 7,6, 5, 4 Our 4 pm delivery never showed. We were woken up at 920 pm on a Sunday night. We were told it would be another 15-20 minutes. It is just rude to call and expect to deliver at that time. Absolutely not worth the extra cost. Next time we go to American Home or the dump. At least we know what we are getting.
