  • We picked Hodge's because of Yelp's reviews and location. Good choice! My husband had steak with lobster sauce and he raved about it all through the meal. I had a shrimp po'boy and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The best was the cornbread. Warm sweet and delicious. We ate on the patio and enjoyed a nice warm evening. Our server was so attentive to us and was very friendly. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she said she had worked there for 5 years. People like that are hard to find. Thanks for listening to our stories. Also I would like to thank the ones that prepared our food. Outstanding job! We planned on taking 1/2 the cornbread to have in the morning, but on the way back to our hotel we saw a man eating out of a garbage can. It was a hard choice, but we are pleased we could share it with him. I guess we will just have to go back to Hodge's tomorrow and get more cornbread for us.
