  • My daughter and I made an overnight stay at Hyatt Place for the Ed Sheeran concert at Spectrum Center which is two blocks away, if even. It's an interesting location which is shared with a restaurant not associated with the hotel and Skye condominiums, so it can be a bit confusing if it's your first visit. For example, the valet parking is not where the street address is on S Caldwell, it's actually on a side street behind the hotel, and the lobby is on the 10th floor. Once you quickly get past that, you're welcomed by a friendly staff and the room was spacious and modern enough for my daughter and me. Valet parking is $25 per night and added to your room bill. Complimentary hot and cold breakfast is available to you. There's also a Starbucks kiosk to order any specialty coffee drinks, as well as grab bottled water, fruit, sodas, etc. It's also a short walk to Epicentre for restaurants, ATM, and pharmacies. For an overnight stay and walking distance to the concert venue and other amenities, Hyatt Place was a convenient and affordable option.
