There are THOUSANDS of people rushing in to the venue to get to the event and sometimes the "security" folks are just not very nice. One caught me off guard and brought me to tears. You can gently tell people where to go when they come for a concert, because WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE WE'RE SUPPOSED TO GO. You can be a guide and help to new people at the venue. Not every gate is open to everyone, so a gentle guide would have been helpful. When exiting, a very nice fella said "have a great night, thank you for coming, God bless." So simple, and SO NICE! Overall, I enjoyed the concert although it was hard to hear speaking at points because it was so loud. We got out quickly and left the parking lot quickly, so it was nice to get home quickly. I would rather go to a venue closer to home, but some concerts and events that's I'd like to see/be at will inevitably at this venue, so I suppose I'll be back.
