  • I bought a voucher from Living Social for $49 for AHS Floor care to clean 1000 square feet of my grout. They showed up and said my grout was so soiled I needed to spend an additional $280 to get it clean....fyi I only have about 700 square feet of tile. I asked what would happen if I didn't pay the additional and they said they would just leave since it wouldn't make a difference since the floors were so dirty. Well I was STUPID and paid the additional $280. They did the work in less than an hour and said it would take a day to dry evenly. A day later it dried so uneven. There were major sections completely missed. I called and left a long message, no return call. I tried to cancel my check and they cashed the day I paid. Waited a week and left an angry message, no return call. I was totally taken advantage of by these scammers. They don't know what they are doing and did such a poor job!!!! What a WASTE OF MONEY. Please if you are reading this DON'T HIRE THEM.
