  • This is seriously the only good thing we experienced at Paris. We were so disappointed with everything else, but this saved our evening there. We didn't order anything to eat, but we came in for a drink at the bar and were pleasantly surprised. The bartenders were super nice, attentive, and knowledgable about their selections. It was nice being able to chat a bit about the different wines they carried and they offered me a few to try based on my preferences. We were impressed. The decor is interesting with blue lighting and very modern. Not exactly what I'd expect from an Italian restaurant. We came in on a Sunday evening and it wasn't too busy. We were greeted right away when we stepped up and got a seat at the bar. The bartender came over right away to help us. Although I don't see us ever staying at the Paris Hotel again, if we were in the area and wanted to grab a drink, we would totally come back here. I'd even be open to trying it out for dinner.
