  • This company is a joke! They said my programmable thermostat was the issue for my heating problems; they said the programmable thermostat don't work well. They replaced my $100+ thermostat with a $40 non programmable thermostat. My heater still has issues!!! I'm dumb for using them twice and having them take my thermostat.
