  • I went in for a trial swim class for my twins. The trial went great and I was told they should start off as Starfish level so I did. For the first official rclass their assigned instructor called out and someone else filled in. My son came home and was very sad and told me he didn't want to go back to that school because his teacher was very mean to him. Now my son looks a lot older for his age though he's only 4 and he can be a handful as we suspect he has ADHD but is still too little for treatment and official diagnosis so I can see how the guy would think he's got an older kid and lose patience but for him to be so mean that my kid no longer wants to go back and cries when it's brought up is a bit much. This didn't sit well with me. Further more I received an email for a free swim class due to new instructor training. I called back and asked them to schedule my boys and they said they did. Well I only received a confirmation for one twin and when I called and asked I was told only one twin was scheduled and they had ran out of spaces to schedule my other twin. I am so disillusioned and disappointed with this school. I have spoken to their office manager who seems to be addressing it as best she can so we'll see how it goes but I can't say my boys are off to a good start here.
