  • I went to this store with hopes of finding Ben Nye cosmetics. I was interested in their concealer wheels, translucent powder, and luxury powders. I walked in to be greeted by an older blonde woman with short hair. She was so f*****g rude! I had asked if she had banana powder and her reply was "Can I ask you why you want it?" and i was like well when I was in high school I was in theater and in cheer and was introduced to the luxury powders and fell in love with them. Banana was my color and other girls wore different shades. Then she told me Kim Kardashian used this or something and that's why people buy it. I said well I didn't know she used it and that's NOT why I'm buying it. She then went on to put in her own rude remarks and I just wanted to know if they had it in 8oz along with the translucent face powder. She said no and she would call me back when they did and its been 3 weeks not a call. I am assuming they never got it but to be honest I don't really care. I will call later today to see if they have some and if not I will buy online not a big deal but wow this lady was so rude! I've told all my friends to avoid this place. I really wish I could write a different review I really wanted to love this place but I am the type of person who will be a loyal customer when you're nice to me! Besides, whatever the reason be that I want to buy this it is none of her business. She should keep her comments to herself. ******EDIT raised from 1 star to 4. I picked up some Ben Nye Translucent Powder in Neutral Set in 8oz. I called and asked if there were any and a very nice man said he had 1 left and would hold it for me for an hour. I got there and was greeted by a cheerful short bald man. So helpful and friendly. I will continue to shop there whenever I am back in Vegas because of him. Whoever this woman was is not a representation of this company and is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars. I am very happy I went back :-D
