  • I had an amazing experience with Dr. Michaela Tozzi. First off, the office was up front about how much my visit would cost before even sitting in the chair so there were no surprise costs at the end. Once I was ready to begin my exam Dr. Tozzi sat and talked with me about what I was specifically looking to have done and if there were any problems or insecurities about my smile that she could fix. I am always a little nervous going to the dentist because I have a sensitive mouth, but both Dr. Tozzi and her assistant were very gentle and adamant about making sure I was comfortable. That goes a long way when you're sitting in a chair having someone maneuver around your wide open mouth haha. I also appreciate that she was very to the point about what needed to be done and didn't try telling me I "should" or "could" have this or that procedure done as I know many offices do in this area. When the exam was finished she walked me to the lobby to get everything squared away and sent me on my way with a smile. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming and I left feeling rejuvenated with a clean and healthy smile! I will definitely be going back for all of my dental needs.
