  • This review is strictly in regards to their new construction purchase process & maintenance. I have purchased a new construction, 3 bed/2.5 bath, 2,160 sq. ft townhouse from E Properties and couldn't be more pleased. Every single individual that comes into my home compliments the house more than once. During the post-build, if there was something that I did not like or something needed fixed, Frank was graciously accommodating and still is to this day...1.5 years after purchase. These individuals are extremely easy to work with as long as you understand they are running a business and the world doesn't revolve around you.
