Your team had the claim my insurance company sent over. They requested that I transpose all of that information from the claim to your authorization form on paper. If you digitized your authorization form, which was autofilled from the claim, you could save money (toner, printers, paper, payroll) and the customer's time by having them review the digitized form and signing off.
When I asked why I had to transpose everything from one place to another myself, the response was "We're just not that technological here."
